Although the winter temperatures have been dancing between arctic cold and mid-April sunshine, it is wise to assume that most folks prefer a bit of heat on their palate during the days of winter. With this logic in mind, we introduce the “Carne Verde Flatbread”- our original crust pasted with pesto, packed with braised short rib, and then topped with mozzarella, spinach, and jalapeños for a little extra pop. Try it as a panini, too!
